Searching issues by filename is broken on UI

Reposting here from Discord thread:

I’m having trouble searching for filenames in the Issues tab. It doesn’t seem to take for either the full filename (directory included) or the name of the specific file. Am I doing something wrong?

FYI It is not allowing me to embed the screenshots of the issue or the link to the Discord.
